Always agree on the shipment and delivery address before payment so that you can get a tracking number, etc.

The envelope will be delivered to the R-kiosk of your choice.

UNCLAIMED CONSIGNMENT
Non-redemption is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For uncollected shipments, we charge a separate fee of 20€.

Parcels – a letter bag can be picked up at the R kiosk nearest to your address.
